Fiat launches new RED versions of Panda and Tipo
After the Fiat 500 range gained RED versions in October, Fiat’s other hatchbacks have got the same treatment
- Nearly all new Fiats have a RED trim level
- Panda RED priced from £15,755
- RED charity raises money to fight pandemics
New Fiat Panda and Fiat Tipo RED editions are now available to order. They follow on from the Fiat 500 RED versions launched late last year, and are part of a charity partnership between the Italian carmaker and the RED organisation.
Exclusive touches include RED badging on the door pillars and red stitching on the floor mats and seats. The Passione Red paint shade is one of four available; you can also choose from grey, white and black, but all cars get red wing mirror caps.

Both models also get a welcome kit, consisting of hand sanitiser and a red key cover.
The seats are upholstered in Fiat’s ‘Seaqual Yarn’ fabric, which is made from recycled plastic waste from the world’s oceans.
The Fiat Tipo is a good-value alternative to the Ford Focus and Vauxhall Astra, while the Fiat Panda is a quirky city car that’s more practical than its 500 sister. The Panda was Italy’s best-selling car in 2021.
Prices start from £15,755 for the mild-hybrid Fiat Panda RED, while the Tipo starts from £23,595. That’s £700 and £1,000 more than the standard Cross versions of each car respectively.
The RED charity, co-founded by U2 singer Bono, was set up to raise money to fight AIDS, but now also helps with Covid-19 relief.
