Tell us what you think about your car?

From a technical viewpoint, the car has been faultless and its hybrid economy and build quality far exceeds our previous three Toyota hybrids. The entertainment/navigation system is on a level with BMW. Driving dynamics are good and the car seems well suited to our poor UK roads. So what are the negatives? Whilst the car is well built, the quality of some of the plastic materials and paint finish is very poor. The paint finish in particular has numerous inclusions and exterior wheel arch trims display injection moulding lines. In summary, would I purchase another Kona or other Hyundai? Most probably No. We would like an Ioniq 5 but the poor paint finish and plastics will prevent such a new purchase. We will probably purchase a VW ID model next.
