Range Rover Velar gets new HST model
The HST P400 and D300 sit at the top of the Velar range; Edition model returns

The Range Rover Velar is now available in a high-spec HST trim level. Previously introduced on the Range Rover Evoque and Range Rover Sport, the Velar HST is available with powerful petrol and diesel engines. You can order the new trim level now, with prices starting at £69,685.
The Velar HST is equipped with either a 3.0-litre six-cylinder petrol engine, the 394bhp P400, or with a six-cylinder diesel engine, the 295bhp D300, both featuring mild-hybrid technology.

All HST models are fitted with electronic air suspension with adaptive dampers and cameras that monitor the road and react to offer a more comfortable ride. The system can be configured for your preferred driving experience.
The Range Rover Velar HST is noticeable by its exterior package. Exclusive touches include 21-inch gloss black wheels and the option of Arroios Grey paint. An exterior black pack, black roof and privacy glass make the HST Velar stand out against other models.
Inside the Velar HST gets black Suedecloth headlining and steering wheel upholstery, plus a sliding panoramic roof. Optional Pivi Pro infotainment features Amazon Alexa that can be integrated into a smart home system.
Range Rover review – comfy and luxurious, but not perfect
Land Rover is also reintroducing the Velar Edition, equipped with either a 201bhp 2.0 litre diesel engine or a 246bhp 2.0 petrol engine. Edition models feature 20-inch gloss black wheels, a sliding panoramic roof, and black exterior details.
The new top-of-the-range HST model starts at £69,865 for the D300 model and £73,815 for the P400. The reintroduced Edition model begins at £61,005 for the D200 diesel and £62,020 for the P250 petrol.
