Motability prices announced for Suzuki SX4 S-Cross
The Suzuki SX4 S-Cross SUV will be available from £399 on the Motability scheme
Motability prices for the new Suzuki SX4 S-Cross have been announced, with advance payments starting from £399 for the entry-level SZ3 model.
The Suzuki SX4 release date is 1 October, and from then all models will be available on the Motability scheme. There are three specifications, SZ3, SZ4 and SZ-T, and all get seven airbags, stability control, tyre pressure monitoring, 16-inch alloy wheels and air-conditioning as standard. All cars have a 420-litre boot with a wide and low loading lip.
The entry-level SZ3 model costs from £399, but you can also go for the mid-range SZ4, which gets silver roof rails, a chrome grille and fog lights in the bumper, from £499. The top-spec SZ-T gets sat-nav, digital radio, a rear parking camera and 17-inch alloy wheels, and costs from £899 on the Motability scheme. These are all advance payments - for more on how it works, visit the Motability website.
A 1.6-litre petrol engine that gets emissions of 127g/km is available in the Suzuki SX4 S-Cross, or you can go for a 1.6-litre diesel engine, which emits just 110g/km of CO2. Motability customers may want to go for the automatic CVT gearbox, which is available as an option on the petrol version.
An optional system called ALLGRIP is also available as an option, which is a set of four modes for the 4x4 version to improve off-roading. These modes include a snow mode for those perilous winter days, and an auto mode to keep the car gripping in most conditions.
Suzuki also offers 19 other models on the Motability scheme, including the smaller Suzuki Alto and Splash, as well as the fun-to-drive Suzuki Swift hatchback. All of these models are available with an automatic gearbox.
The Suzuki SX4 S-Cross goes on sale from 1 October, costing from £14,999 in showrooms.
