Nissan N-Tec models arrive with styling and tech upgrades
Exclusive N-Tec versions of the Nissan Qashqai, X-Trail and Micra have been revealed
- Special-edition N-Tec trim level includes black styling pack and extra technology
- Nissan’s ProPILOT safety suite standard on Qashqai and X-Trail N-Tec models
- All three N-Tec models can be ordered from January 2020
Nissan has revealed new N-Tec trim level models of the Nissan Qashqai, X-Trail and Micra. All three cars feature upgraded technology, additional safety kit and black styling details. The N-Tec model range goes on sale at the end of January 2020.
The Nissan Micra N-Tec is priced from £16,995 and is based on the Acenta trim level. Exterior styling upgrades include gloss black exterior trim, matching 17-inch alloy wheels and privacy glass. Inside, sat nav is standard along with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Standard safety kit includes a reversing camera, rear parking sensors and emergency braking assistance.
The Nissan Qashqai N-Tec starts from £26,475, and features similar blackened exterior styling with 19-inch alloy wheels finished in gloss black and tinted LED headlights.
Inside, black Alcantara trimmed seats are standard, along with the NissanConnect infotainment system featuring Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone connectivity. Nissan’s ProPILOT semi-autonomous driving and parking assistance package is also included.
Similarly, the Nissan X-Trail N-Tec sports the same gloss black exterior styling with matching 18-inch alloy wheels, roof rails and wing mirror caps, plus a dark chrome front grille. Illuminated N-Tec logos also feature in the door sills. The ProPILOT safety suite is standard on all models with an automatic gearbox, and Nissan’s Safety Shield adds collision avoidance assistance.
The X-Trail N-Tec can be specified with two- or four-wheel drive in either five- or seven-seat layouts. Prices will be confirmed towards the end of January 2020.
