Peugeot 208 GTi and XY prices announced
Peugeot 208 GTi and XY will cost £18,895 and £16,545, respectively.

Peugeot has announced prices for the 208 GTi hot hatch and luxuriously equipped 208 XY, which will cost £18,895 and £16,545, respectively.
The GTi is powered by a 1.6-litre turbocharged engine with 200bhp and can accelerate from 0-62mph in 6.8 seconds. It’s only available as a three-door model and can be ordered from 1 March.
Aside from its boost in performance, GTi buyers also get a car with unique 17-inch alloy wheels, special headlights with a GTi-specific LED pattern and a GTi front grille and rear spoiler. Standard equipment includes DAB digital radio and rear parking sensors.
Meanwhile, the Peugeot 208 XY is also only available as a three-door model and essentially replaces the 208 Feline three-door. The five-door Feline still continues in the range, but will get digital radio and sat-nav to bring its specification in line with the XY model. A price rise of £300 takes the five-door Feline up to £16,645.
The XY is available with two petrol engines and two diesel engines, with the 152bhp 1.6-litre THP being the most powerful and the 98g/km 1.6-litre e-HDi the most efficient. The XY gets a unique set of 17-inch alloy wheels and a special XY grille, too. It’s fitted with sat-nav, digital radio a large panoramic sunroof and rear parking sensors as standard. The XY is available to order from 1 February, and both the GTi and XY will be delivered to buyers at the end of April or beginning of May.
