Facelifted Renault Laguna
Improved looks, upgraded engines and simplified trim levels for new Laguna.
Renault’s Ford Mondeo-rivalling Laguna is now on sale, with savings of up to £1,855 available across the range.
The new Laguna is priced from £17,795 to £24,145 and is available as a hatchback, and a Sport Tourer estate.
Both get a more aggressive design and a range of cleaner engines. There’s one petrol and four diesel engines to choose from, with the dCi 100 model offering low CO2 emissions of 120g/km – 10g/km less than before – making it qualify for the lowest company car tax band.
Renault has simplified the line up too, so there are now three models to choose from: Expression, Dynamique TomTom and GT Line TomTom. The Laguna Coupé is unaffected by the changes.
All models get a CD and MP3-compatible stereo with an auxiliary input, Bluetooth, 16-inch alloy wheels, air conditioning, and front fog lights as standard.
The models with TomTom in their names also get the latest Carminat TomTom satellite navigation system built-in.
