Hot car deal: quirky Nissan Juke hybrid for £172 a month
Our hot car deal for February 26th is the Nissan Juke small SUV for just £172 a month
The Nissan Juke small SUV was a bit of a trailblazer when it launched back in 2010, offering chunky, off-roader-inspired looks that proved to be a real hit with buyers. It wasn’t without compromise, however; its sloping roofline impacted on passenger space and overall flexibility, which gave a slightly claustrophobic feel to the cabin. Fortunately, the current, second-generation car offers more interior space, improved kit levels and a decent drive, so if the Juke’s unusual style appeals then it might be one to consider.
What’s so good about this Nissan Juke deal?
This deal from Nationwide Vehicle Contracts lets you cover up to 5,000 miles a year with an initial payment of £2,064, then monthly payments of £172 over two years. There’s also a £270 processing fee to factor in and, while there is flexibility to either extend the length of the agreement or adjust the annual mileage allowance, you will pay more for the privilege. For example, increasing the agreed mileage to 10,000 miles per year means you’ll pay £199.64 every month, with an extra £331.68 added to the deposit amount.
Mid-range N-Connecta specification offers a decent amount of standard kit, including 17-inch alloys, front and rear parking sensors, rear privacy glass, climate control, cruise control and an eight-inch infotainment touchscreen with integrated sat-nav, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The front-wheel-drive Juke employs a 1.6-litre petrol hybrid engine, producing 141bhp, with a ‘multi-modal’ automatic transmission. 0-62mph takes 10.1 seconds, while Nissan claims that you should see average fuel economy of around 56.5mpg.
What’s so good about the Nissan Juke?
Easy to own and drive, the Nissan Juke remains a sales success – finishing as the eighth best-selling car in the UK through 2023. Its bold styling and elevated driving position help to attract buyers who aren’t interested in yet another standard hatchback, while its increased interior space – compared to the previous model – boosts practicality. With excellent safety kit and useful features such as Nissan’s ‘e-pedal Step’ (offering a form of one-pedal driving), the Juke is a worthy car to put on your small SUV shortlist.

Anything else I need to know about this deal?
This is a lease deal, often referred to as Personal Contract Hire (PCH), so there’s no option to buy the car at the end of the contract. You are effectively renting the car for the two-year term, but the deal is very flexible so you can adjust the term length, mileage limit and initial payment size to suit, but only at the outset. Once the deal is over, you just hand the keys back and start looking for your next car.
Our hot deals are carefully selected by our car buying experts and they are all subject to change. Always read the full terms and conditions and make sure the car and the deal suits your needs before proceeding.
