A good overall design and the translation from electric to petrol is seamless. The CVT gearbox is not suitable for an experienced driver who uses gears to give added control and pure electric driving cuts out at 40mph. Fuel consumption is around 53+ but has dropped considerably in winter conditions. In the Summer, I can get nearer 58-60 mpg

What's the one thing you like most about your car?

Good ergonomic design (my third Yaris) and seamless change between petrol and electric

If you could improve one thing, what would it be?

Gearbox - I really dislike the CVT transmission and its inclusion would stop me from buying any other Toyota auto Hybrid eg the Corolla Sport. Why does the Electric drive cut out at 40 mph?
