Dynamically it isn't as sharp as the bmw, audi and mercedes i have previously owned. However, it more than makes up for this in character and style. It is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful cars on the road, and i feel very proud to drive it. The interior is very stylish and the all-glass roof is a fantastic feature. It has character.

This is a very good car, amazing looks, bucket loads of torque, the only reason i'm not replacing it with another alfa is the lack of a local dealership

I bought the brera as an ex dealer demonstrator from the franchised main dealer and on the journey home it was the subject of many admiring looks. That still goes today 4 years later. A sports car it isn't but as a tourer for two people it is very,very good with oodles of mid range grunt for any overtaking manouvre. I'm currently considering either the brera or the spider. Mechanically very reliable to date, but the electrics not so good - have had issues with the alarm.

Love it. Love alfa. Will take something very special to prize me away from alfa. My brera is great and the new models look brilliant.

A bit of a mid-life crisis car, but a dream to drive with plenty of power to see off those silly little boys in their hot hatches. Very comfortable to sit in and just pootle around town, but also a long legged cruiser ideal for long motorway journeys (my commute to work is 35 miles each way on the m4). It still makes me smile as i walk out to it each morning. Just a shame about the fuel consumption, i can just about get 25mpg on the motorway driving like a saint. Otherwise it soon drops to about 20!
