Hot car deal: stylish Citroen C4 coupe-crossover for £170 a month
Our hot car deal for February 5th is the Driver Power Car of the Year; the comfort-focused Citroen C4 for just £170 a month
The Citroen C4 is a capable family hatchback with funky coupe-crossover looks that will appeal to buyers looking for something a bit different from the norm. Citroen has ensured that the C4 lives up to the French brand’s reputation for making comfortable cars, while competitive pricing, low running costs and good levels of standard kit mean it offers value for money, too.
What’s so good about this Citroen C4 deal?
This deal from Nationwide Vehicle Contracts lets you cover up to 5,000 miles a year with an initial payment of £2,036.88, then monthly payments of £169.74 over three years. If you decide you need an increase in the agreed mileage limit, there are flexible options to allow you to do so, but you will pay extra for the privilege. For example, raising the limit to 10,000 miles per annum means you’ll pay £194.96 per month, with a slight increase in the initial deposit amount.
You’ll find that this C4 comes with lots of standard kit, including 18-inch alloys, LED headlights, front and rear parking sensors, adaptive cruise control, dual-zone air conditioning, Alcantara and leather-effect upholstery, heated front seats and a 10-inch infotainment touchscreen with integrated sat-nav.
Power comes from a 128bhp 1.2-litre, PureTech petrol engine, while this particular model is fitted with a six-speed manual gearbox. Citroen claims 0-62mph will take 10.8 seconds, with impressive overall fuel economy of 47-54mpg.
What’s so good about the Citroen C4?
The Citroen C4 offers a comfortable and practical driving experience without any pretence of being overly sporty or particularly fun to drive. Its pseudo-SUV styling looks good, while strong efficiency also works in its favour. Factor in that it was voted the Driver Power Best car to own for 2023, and the C4 merits some consideration.

Anything else I need to know about this deal?
This is a lease deal, often referred to as Personal Contract Hire (PCH), so there’s no option to buy the car at the end of the contract. You are effectively renting the car for the three-year term, but the deal is very flexible so you can adjust the term length, mileage limit and initial payment size to suit, but only at the outset. Once the deal is over, you just hand the keys back and start looking for your next car.
Our hot deals are carefully selected by our car buying experts and they are all subject to change. Always read the full terms and conditions and make sure the car and the deal suits your needs before proceeding.
