As an mpv the c8 fullfilles all my requirements. Its a taxi for my 6 grandchildren and it is so flexible that i can carry almost anything. The reliability is very good. Fuel consumption ok considering the weight etc

The build quality of this car is useless - broken door locks, dangerous metal façades on door handles, inoperative electric doors, broken seats, climate control doesn't work, fan/ac shut off by themselves, gear selection problem at slow speed, tyres lucky to last 15000, interior panels hanging off, fascia dropping off, light in main screen irreplaceable, cam belt replacement at 40000. The worst car i have ever had is an austin montego this is a very close second.

A totally underrated car that actually even goes around corners pretty well. I had the predecessor, the synergie, and that had a few disadvantages (wiped area on screen, safety) that have been rectified with this model.

An excellent, versatile, larger car, ideal for family camping/holidays and general workhorse use, very good value for money when bought. Emissions are a little on the high side (186) making the tax bill very high. Fuel economy average is 33mpg (by the onboard computer) over the 5 years. Love the electric rear passenger doors. It's great that seats are removable but they're pretty heavy even for a fairly strong man. Not always necessary to remove seats to get many large loads in, as the backs fold flat. Would be good to fit tow bar for bike carrying but expensive.
