Hot car deal: award-winning Hyundai Tucson SUV for £254 a month
Our hot car deal for March 15th is a family favourite; the Hyundai Tucson mid-size SUV for just £254 a month
The Hyundai Tucson is a really impressive family SUV that delivers plenty of interior space, good build quality and a surprising amount of style, while it’s good to drive, too. In fact, it’s great at soaking up whatever you care to throw its way; urban school runs, the daily commute or longer journeys, the Tucson just gets on with it and ensures you arrive completely relaxed. Offering generous levels of standard kit, a big, practical boot and a top safety rating, it deserves to be on any family buyer’s shortlist.
What’s so good about this Hyundai Tucson deal?
This deal from Applied Leasing lets you cover up to 5,000 miles a year with an initial payment of £3,045.60, then monthly payments of £253.80 over three years. There’s also a £360 processing fee to factor in and, while there is flexibility to either extend the length of the agreement or adjust the annual mileage allowance, you will pay more for the privilege. For example, increasing the agreed mileage to 10,000 miles per year means you’ll pay £278.97 every month, with an extra three hundred pounds added to the deposit amount.
The sporty N Line specification includes 19-inch alloys, front and rear parking sensors, cruise control, dual zone climate control, microsuede and leather upholstery, heated front seats, practical split-folding rear seats in a 40:20:40 configuration, and two 10.25-inch touchscreens – one providing information for the driver, and the other running the Tucson’s infotainment system.
Power comes from a 148bhp 1.6-litre petrol engine, while this particular model is front-wheel drive and has a six-speed manual gearbox. 0-62mph takes 10.3 seconds, while Hyundai claims you should see average fuel economy of up to 40.9mpg.
What’s so good about the Hyundai Tucson?
Underlining just how highly we rate the Tucson, we named it our Car of the Year in 2022, while the mid-size SUV also retained its title of Best Family Car in 2023. In a jam-packed class, with talented rivals such as the Ford Kuga, Peugeot 3008 and Skoda Karoq to contend with, it stands out with its bold looks and smart interior, while it’s easy to drive and, crucially, offers great practicality – an area so important to many family car buyers.

Anything else I need to know about this deal?
This is a lease deal, often referred to as Personal Contract Hire (PCH), so there’s no option to buy the car at the end of the contract. You are effectively renting the car for the three-year term, but the deal is very flexible so you can adjust the term length, mileage limit and initial payment size to suit, but only at the outset. Once the deal is over, you just hand the keys back and start looking for your next car.
Our hot deals are carefully selected by our car buying experts and they are all subject to change. Always read the full terms and conditions and make sure the car and the deal suits your needs before proceeding.
