Over three years, the deal can cost as little as £149 per month after a deposit of £1,200 but offers particularly good value because insurance, breakdown cover and tax are all included for the duration of the deal. The monthly payments are linked to the cost of insurance, so your postcode, age and no claims will affect your personal quote.

A deposit contribution of £2,000 from Skoda makes the Fabia excellent value on a PCP deal. If you can afford a deposit of £2,732, you can secure the car in 1.0-litre petrol form in Monte Carlo trim for £165 per month.

The Volkswagen Passat is currently available with a £4,000 deposit contribution from VW when you buy the car on a PCP deal. With a £3,728 deposit, the 1.6-litre diesel model in SE Business trim works out at £279 per month.

A deposit of £10,999 will secure monthly payments of £589 per month over four years. That gets you the S350d on AMG Line trim.
