Mercedes-AMG GLC 63

You can now buy the new Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 S, which held the fastest SUV around the Nurburgring. There are two versions: a standard car, with 469bhp, and a faster ‘S’ model with 503bhp. The latter does 0-62mph in just 3.8 seconds, on the way to a 174mph top speed. Large exhausts, 20-inch wheels and a striking new grille tell it apart from the rest of the range.

Porsche 911
Price: £82,793 - £98,418
Look past the blink-and-you’ll-miss-them styling changes, and you’ll find that the latest iteration of the Porsche 911 is the best yet. Carrera S and Carrera 4S models came first, but the range has been broadened with entry-level models and track-focused versions. The convertible has now been launched too.
