Hyundai i20 N hatchback competition: the winner

The winner of our Hyundai i20 N giveaway has been revealed, with the very lucky Waldo Ortiz winning this brilliant hot hatch worth £25,545. 

​The Hyundai i20 N looks cool and is really fun to drive, taking inspiration from the brand’s WRC rally division. In fact, the i20 N is so good that it was named as the best hot hatch in both the Carbuyer and Auto Express awards for 2021. 

Hyundai i20 N: specifications and performance

The i20 N has a 201bhp turbocharged 2.0-litre petrol engine, and can get from 0-62mph in just 6.7 seconds. However, it's the engaging handling that really makes it one of the most exciting hot hatches you can currently buy. It's not just the fun factor that makes it great either; the interior brings cutting-edge technology to your fingertips too. There’s a 10.25-inch digital dashboard and infotainment touchscreen, plus Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and features like a wireless phone charger, rear-view camera, climate control and cruise control.

When we tested the i20 N, we gave it a score of 4.3, and were highly impressed by the car’s brilliant chassis, it's affordability and the fact that despite the considerable performance on offer, it’s a car you can easily use every day.
