Hyundai i30 Premium unveiled
The luxury trim level is available on both the i30 hatchback and Tourer estate family cars.
The luxury model is available on both the i30 hatchback and Tourer estate family cars, with prices starting at £19,995 and £23,095.
Each i30 Premium gets a new design of 17-inch alloys, chrome door handles and electric mirrors.
Inside, there’s leather upholstery, an electric driver’s seat, heated front seats, keyless entry and start, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror.
There will be two engine choices on Premium models – a 118bhp 1.6-litre petrol with manual gearbox on the hatchback, and a 126bhp 1.6-litre CRDi diesel on both hatchback and Tourer models, with a choice of either manual or automatic gearboxes.
The Premium version effectively combines all the equipment contained in the Convenience and Individual packs, which were previously available on i30 Style and Style Nav models. These packs cost £750 and £1,000 respectively, and have been discontinued with the arrival of the Premium.
A tilt-and-slide panoramic sunroof is available as an optional extra for £950 on Premium models only.
