Fantastic, does everything it says on the box & more. Go any where, do anything in it, cross fields, cruise the motorway........................

Bought it private sale. Probably a bad move. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Had suspension problems which involved new compressor and tank, new discs and pads all round, new calliper on rear as was sticking, and bushes all done in first 2 months. Then handbrake seized on. Then driving one day oil pump failed and blew engine ! Had new unit fitted and new turbo. After 2 weeks the radiator leaked into gearbox cooler and gearbox went bang. Since return with new gearbox and radiator, had a power and smoke issue. Think we're just about getting there now after the car purchase price of 15k and around 12k on repairs. I love the car, but I wouldn't buy another. Go for a ml or the x5. Maybe I'm just unlucky ?! I feel like I am lol.

Always wanted one and decided on tdv8 in black with cream leather with the HST body kit,did buy it privately which may be I should have looked at a trade one with a warranty as I've had a few issues but other than the road tax and fuel consumption it is what it is and I do love it.I have found a local independent land rover service centre which is great

Ongoing suspension problems that landrover do not rectify. Dealers have absolutley no customer service skills.

Excellent all round vehicle. I also tow a large caravan, which the car does with considerable ease. Suspension knocking from front is a recurring problem, however electric hand brake issue was fixed first time.

Rear n/s braking problem, lazy drivers door latch,rear screen heater not working, memory/seat/mirrors not setting correctly, sat nav not setting & difficult in initial setting up.

A great car that gives you confidence in the most severe of driving conditions. I do 40,000 miles a year, regularly doing 2 hour journeys and despite being 2 metres tall always get out the car fresh and ready to work My dealer has been brilliant and although servicing is expensive, i have just had to change the tyres and brake pads at 60000miles

I have been fortunate enough to own many premium cars, mercedes, bmw, audi, jaguar & bentley. My car (not always driven by me) covers 50,000 miles per year and i regularly make a 1200 mile return trip to france. My current range rover sport tdv8 is the most comfortable, refined, sure footed and reliable vehicle i have ever owned. I am deeply impressed by the capabilities of this vehicle..I Will order another

This is my second,R R Sport.first was a 2007 Hse owned it for two yrs no problem.I was so pleased I changed it for a 2011 version.Thou I could not fault my older model this one is by far a better car.This model is a 3L twin turbo version so it is a lot quicker,also much better on mpg.like most Land Rover owners I love it, you could go buy another 4x4 and spend the rest of your life looking up at Range Rover.

Very safe, rebust, agile for the size of it car, was heavy on fuel 18 mpg. but after repairs to gearbox electrics the fuel consumption has jumped to 30 mpg. awaiting an answer from land rover as to why this has happened. always look forward to go out driving it especialy in the snowy weather [ proud of the vehicle]

For the age of the vehicle i am generally very pleased with it. For long distance driving / cruising its excellent and even on the back b roads it holds its own. Driven hard the mpg is poor but thats the case with most vehicles so overall its good.

It's a significant improvement on the previous model range rover sport, and it's great to own and drive. Electronics are highly complex and source of occaisional failure. Often a restart fixes things, but it has been repaired under warranty twice so far.
