I have owned SO many cars, and I can honestly say that the Subaru Impreza 1.5 automatic is without doubt THE most under-rated car that you can buy or read about. This is my second Subaru, I have used it 365 days a year, for four years, it starts first time, every time. It's totally reliable, comfortable, fast, you have no doubts or fears when you need to overtake on motorways or B roads. I believe it to be economical for what it delivers. It's quite cheap to buy too. So, what more can you ask of a car, and most important o fall, my wife always reminds me how totally SAFE she always feels when travelling in this car. If you are in any doubt, just take one for a 30 minute trial drive, and I promise you will buy a Subaru.
