Hot car deal: new Skoda Kamiq for £113 a month means just £3 a day
One of the best small SUVs on sale; our hot car deal for June 14th is the Skoda Kamiq for just £113 per month
Okay, it’s not the most exciting car currently on sale, but the Skoda Kamiq small SUV offers a lot of bang for your buck – particularly when you consider that just £28 per week will put one on your driveway. The Kamiq offers excellent practicality despite its compact dimensions, along with being a comfortable and well-equipped family car – no matter which version you go for.
What’s so good about this Skoda Kamiq deal?
This two-year deal from Central Vehicle Leasing requires an initial payment of £2,400, followed by monthly payments of £112.17 – with a 5,000-mile limit each year. There is some flexibility on the agreed mileage, although you will pay a little more; for example, upping the arrangement to 10,000 miles adds £12 to each monthly instalment.
The Kamiq model offered in this particular deal comes in SE specification, including 17-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, rear parking sensors, cruise control, keyless start, dual-zone climate control, and an 8.25-inch infotainment display with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Power comes from a 1.0-litre TSI petrol engine, producing 94bhp via a five-speed manual gearbox. 0-62mph takes a sedate 11 seconds, while Skoda claims average fuel economy of up to 51.8mpg.
What’s so good about the Skoda Kamiq?
If the Kamiq’s compact dimensions suit your lifestyle then this particular deal looks to be a hard one to beat. The entry SE trim level doesn’t come dripping with luxury kit, but it more than covers the basics and the cabin is a smart, if a little sombre, place in which to spend time. Again, if you’re prioritising fuel efficiency over pace and power, then the Kamiq 1.0-litre SE is to be recommended.
