I have had problems with the suspension and the gearbox, especially in reverse, I hear a 'clanking' noise. These are currently unresolved problems that the Toyota dealership has been unable to fix.

It's an ok car nothing amazing, I traded in a skoda octavia for this and i want my skoda back. The infotainment system is a big let down. The cvt box is odd, it makes me watch the rev counter a lot. The fuel tank seems to empty a bit to quickly for my liking. The skoda i had would turn off the boot light if left open for a long period, the corolla does not do this. The windscreen seems to fog up quickly right in the vision of the driver and passenger so your always fiddling with the heating controls buttons which are awkward to use when driving. I will change over to a plug-in hybrid.
