I am the fortunate owner of a M6 Gran Coupe for the past three and a half years. It has never missed a beat. It's extremely comfortable around town and surprisingly civilised at low speeds in the Comfort setting, but hit the M buttons and it is like poking a dragon and it turns wonderfully aggressive. I have had two track days driving somebody else's M6 Gran Coupe and its road holding skill is incredible and the sprint to 140mph+ takes no time at all it seems. Even when the instructor has taken over to push the car beyond my driving ability, the ride just made me grin with awe. You never get to feel anything close to the limits of the car on public road in the UK, but a weekend on the continent's motorway/autobahn still sits as a good memory to savour. If you don't mind the depreciation and would like to carry five people in super comfort or test their stomachs in M-mode, I would highly recommend this car.
