Hot car deal: all-electric Citroen e-C4 X crossover for just £179 per month
Our hot car deal for March 5th is the family-friendly Citroen e-C4 X for an affordable £179 per month
Family car buyers that are after something a bit different to the raft of traditional hatchbacks or standard SUVs currently on the market, could well find the Citroen e-C4 X an interesting alternative. In comparison with its C4 hatchback sibling, the X model is virtually unchanged, although is a little longer overall, resulting in a bigger boot space – albeit accessed from a saloon-style opening. It’s arguably a better looking car, too, thanks to a neater, less fussy rear end.
Of course, being a Citroen, the e-C4 X is super comfy and relaxing to drive, with decent passenger space and a smooth electric powertrain. Generous standard kit and a usable range add to its overall practicality, too
What’s so good about this Citroen e-C4 X deal?
This deal from Xcite Car Leasing lets you cover up to 5,000 miles a year with an initial payment of £2,145.60, then 24 monthly payments of £178.80. Extending the agreed mileage limit to 10,000 miles per year means you’ll pay £203.82 every month, while the deposit amount increases to £2,445.84. Whichever deal you opt for, you’ll need to cover the £270 processing fee, too.
Offered in well-specified Max trim, this e-C4 X includes 18-inch alloys, keyless entry and start, dual-zone air-conditioning, a heated steering wheel, a head-up display and a 10-inch infotainment display with integrated sat-nav.
Power comes from a 50kWh battery and a single electric motor producing 134bhp. 0-62mph takes 10.0 seconds, with a 93mph maximum speed, while a standard heat pump means you should be able to achieve near to the e-C4 X’s claimed 222-mile overall range.
What’s so good about the Citroen e-C4 X?
Supremely comfortable and easy to drive, the Citroen e-C4 X is an uncomplicated family car that offers a quirky, individual style. You get a lot of kit for the money, while the smooth, all-electric powertrain just adds to a relaxed driving experience.

Anything else I need to know about this deal?
This is a lease deal, often referred to as Personal Contract Hire (PCH), so there’s no option to buy the car at the end of the contract. You are effectively renting the car for the two-year term, but the deal is very flexible so you can adjust the term length, mileage limit and initial payment size to suit but only at the outset. Once the deal is over, you just hand the keys back and start looking for your next car.
Our hot deals are carefully selected by our car buying experts and they are all subject to change. Always read the full terms and conditions and make sure the car and the deal suits your needs before proceeding.
