Hot car deal: desirable Jeep Avenger SUV for £214 a month
Our hot car deal for 9 February is the distinctive Jeep Avenger for just £214 a month
The stylish-looking Jeep Avenger is a truly appealing small SUV with bundles of charm. Ok, it's not going to be the first choice for farmers and 4x4 enthusiasts, but as a capable, small SUV for use in the urban jungle, it’s very good indeed. Easy to drive and featuring a decent amount of standard kit, the Avenger’s cabin feels well-built and is a nice place in which to spend time. Throw in slick onboard tech, along with reasonable running costs and it’s a real contender in the class.
What’s so good about this Jeep Avenger deal?
This deal from Applied Leasing lets you cover up to 5,000 miles a year with an initial payment of £2,569.44 then monthly payments of £214.12 over two years. As you might expect, there’s some flexibility on the duration of the agreement or the agreed mileage; for example, upping the arrangement to 8,000 miles per year means you’ll pay £238.27 per month, with an increase of around £300 in the deposit amount, too.
Jeep includes a good level of standard kit with the Avenger, and this Altitude model features 17-inch alloy wheels, rear parking sensors, adaptive cruise control, heated front seats, and a 10.25-inch infotainment display with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
Power comes from a 1.2-litre three-cylinder PureTech engine found in other Stellantis models, such as the Peugeot 2008 and Vauxhall Mokka. It produces 99bhp which helps the Avenger achieve 0-62mph in 10.6 seconds, while you should see combined fuel economy of around 50mpg.
What’s so good about the Jeep Avenger?
First of all, Jeep’s designers have got the exterior design of the Avenger just about perfect - it looks fantastic and will attract people to the brand just on this basis alone. But it’s also fun to drive, with bags of character and is one of those cars that will simply put a smile on your face. One caveat we’d put forward is to make sure the Avenger’s more compact dimensions suit your lifestyle well enough; rear passenger space is a little tight while the boot isn’t as big as some rivals.

Anything else I need to know about this deal?
This is a lease deal, often referred to as Personal Contract Hire (PCH), so there’s no option to buy the car at the end of the contract. You are effectively renting the car for the two-year term, but the deal is very flexible so you can adjust the term length, mileage limit and initial payment size to suit, but only at the outset. Once the deal is over, you just hand the keys back and start looking for your next car.
Our hot deals are carefully selected by our car buying experts and they are all subject to change. Always read the full terms and conditions and make sure the car and the deal suits your needs before proceeding.
