The car was bought 1yr old and just with 9k miles on the clock from the main dealer. Since then I did more than 60k miles for 3 years. Very spacious and comfortable car, lot of leg and knee room in the front and the rear seats. Very good MPG. Few electrical problems and rattle noises coming from the interior, however satisfying to own, relatively low maintenance costs and easy to park in town or parking lots. Had one break down due to faulty wipers in a rainy night. Even base model is full of kit.

Awful car. Drive 'assist' functions are aggressive and intrusive. Handling is terrible - very imprecise when cornering. Ergonomics of driving position good, but control stalk is a mess with all functions on one stalk. Not very spacious on long journeys (2 kids). Very economical to run, but watch the AdBlue! Engine is consuming oil.

The car is quite comfortable and the driving experience is acceptable. The design is definitely wonderful, like all the Mercedes Benz cars but the performance is pretty average. The ECO (Start/Stop system) almost never works and when it does it usually has issues (e.g it does not start when it has to and I have to restart the car). I also had a lot of issues with the air-conditioning. The problems occurred before my car was even 1 year old. I fixed it many times and it works properly for some months but then it has issues again. Also sometimes the cold air of the a/c does not work and after some days it works again. In addition, it is very expensive to maintain such a car, since it is not reliable at all and it costs a lot to repair it. The last issue that the car had, was a mechanical issue and very often it just could not start, and also when I was in the highway sometimes it could not accelerate and it remained at around 80 km/h. The engineer told me that I need to pay about €1.500 to fix it. These are just some of the major issues that I had but I cannot write all of them here.
