Hot car deal: fully-loaded SEAT Ibiza supermini for just £161 per month
Our hot car deal for March 19th is the SEAT Ibiza supermini in top-spec Xcellence Lux trim for just £161 per month
The SEAT Ibiza is a great supermini choice; comfortable and easy to drive, it offers plenty of interior space while quality and onboard tech is generally very impressive. Closely related to the Volkswagen Polo, the five-door Ibiza does battle with the likes of the talented Renault Clio and popular Vauxhall Corsa, but we think the SEAT Ibiza deserves a little more recognition than it currently gets.
It has more style and flair than the Polo, while you’ll feel a little more special out on the road because you simply don’t see as many Ibiza models travelling around. That isn’t anything directly related to its overall ability, though; SEAT’s small hatch benefited from a facelift a couple of years ago and is a smart-looking contender in a crowded supermini space.
What’s so good about this SEAT Ibiza deal?
This deal from Nationwide Vehicle Contracts lets you cover up to 5,000 miles a year with an initial payment of £1,935.60, then 24 monthly payments of £161.30. Extending the agreed mileage limit to 10,000 miles per year means you’ll pay £185.08 every month, while the deposit amount increases to £2,220.96. Whichever deal you opt for, you’ll need to cover the £270 processing fee, too.
Offered in top-of-the-range Xcellence Lux specification, this particular Ibiza model includes 18-inch alloys, LED headlights, rear privacy glass, front and rear parking sensors, a rear view camera, adaptive cruise control, Microsuede upholstery, a 10-inch digital driver’s display, and a 9.2-inch infotainment touchscreen with integrated sat-nav and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
Power comes from a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder TSI petrol engine, producing 113bhp via a seven-speed DSG automatic transmission. 0-62mph takes 9.9 seconds, while SEAT claims you should manage up to 51.4mpg on a mixture of roads.
What’s so good about the SEAT Ibiza?
Overall, the SEAT Ibiza offers an excellent, well-rounded package, and it can hold its head high amongst the best in the supermini class. It's well equipped, efficient and fun to drive, while the Ibiza’s practicality, reliability and good levels of safety kit add another reassuring layer for buyers in the market for a small hatchback.

Anything else I need to know about this deal?
This is a lease deal, often referred to as Personal Contract Hire (PCH), so there’s no option to buy the car at the end of the contract. You are effectively renting the car for the four-year term, but the deal is very flexible so you can adjust the term length, mileage limit and initial payment size to suit but only at the outset. Once the deal is over, you just hand the keys back and start looking for your next car.
Our hot deals are carefully selected by our car buying experts and they are all subject to change. Always read the full terms and conditions and make sure the car and the deal suits your needs before proceeding.
