Jaguar launches new Black Edition models
Special-edition versions of XE, XF and F-Pace available into 2018
Jaguar has boosted the appeal of its XE and XF executive saloons, XF Sportbrake estate and F-Pace SUV with the launch of Black Edition versions of all three cars.
They all boast extra equipment at a significant discount compared to adding the kit as optional extras. Savings of up to £2,675 are promised.
Four of the five available models are based on the existing R-Sport trim level of the XE, XF, XF Sportbrake and F-Pace.
As an example of the kit on offer, the XE R-Sport Black Edition comes with 19-inch ‘Style 501’ gloss-black alloy wheels, privacy glass, metallic paint, a 'Black Pack', 'Parking Pack, and 'Cold Climate Pack' as standard.
Altogether, these options would cost £3,820 if ordered separately, but the Black Edition is listed at £1,910 more than a standard R-Sport.
The fifth Black Edition is based on the S trim level of the F-Pace SUV and gets a fixed panoramic roof, privacy glass, 22-inch gloss-black alloys metallic paint and the 'Black Pack' for £2,675 – a saving of 50% compared to ordering the options individually.
Despite the name, all of these Black Edition Jaguar are available in Corris Grey, Firenze Red, Yulong White or Caesium Blue as well as Santorini Black.
