Good points: The regenerative braking and one pedal driving is good, and the responsiveness is impressive.
Bad points: The touchscreen is dangerous and not much different from using your mobile whilst driving. Quite a rough ride ride, almost feels like there's no rear suspension. It has a handy blind spot camera that would be useful if it wasn't displayed behind your hands on the steering wheel. The interior generally feels quite cheap and tacky.
What's the one thing you like most about your car?
The one pedal driving
If you could improve one thing, what would it be?
The dashboard

As a family of five, this car is perfect and very practical. Our other car is a seven-seat Skoda Kodiaq but we use the Tesla on a regular basis because it's more spacious in the back seat for all three boys. When going long distance, the boot is huge for all our luggage plus more, and the Tesla charging network is second to none – it makes all its little niggles (ride quality etc.) worth it.
As someone who is in their second Tesla now, and has test driven many other electric cars, it is the Tesla charging network and the car's value-for-money that makes moving away too difficult to justify.
What's the one thing you like most about your car?
Great practicality, offers everything a family needs at a great price. Tesla charging network and experience is unbeatable at the moment.
If you could improve one thing, what would it be?
Better suspension and improved noise insulation

Impressed with the performance, acceleration, range. But unimpressed with the ride (awful, jarring) and build quality (returned to Tesla with some cured, but rattles and squeaks prevail throughout the interior). Superb around town (we regularly drive into London) OK on motorways but steering is overgeared, even on the softest setting, which makes the car twitchy. The digital dash requires too precise a 'poke' to get a response, but touch screens should all be banned for safety reasons. All put into context with my son taking delivery of a Polestar this week which is superior in build and ride quality and with a more responsive touchscreen. Not in terms of performance, however. A shame, because these key faults may easily have been resolved and should have been before the car was released. I cannot love the car; but my wife does, so some context there too. The overall score is mine; my wife would probably give it 5.
What's the one thing you like most about your car?
Performance. Does it need to be that quick? Of course not, but one never tires of it.
If you could improve one thing, what would it be?
Suspension. It's shocking; the the point where my ageing mother in law will not travel in the vehicle.
